No, the bio luminescent pigments I use only require sunlight (and oftentimes just typical house and office lights) to charge the glow. Just hang your art and let nature do the rest.
(Note if you have UV blocking lights or windows, that will affect the ability for the art to glow)
Yes, at certain times of the year I create commissions where you can choose the canvas size, subject and the night time glow colors.
You'll begin to see the art glow at dusk. It only gets brighter the darker the space its in.
If it has a full charge (been sitting in a room that has lighting shining in), then you'll get 6+ hours of glow time. Some even hang my art in the hallway near the bathroom to act as a late night path.
